Meet the team
Sandra F. Mesa B.A.,MSN-HP, CAM,D.Specialist, N.D.,Ph.d,
Sandra started her healthcare experience in 1990 as DT, USN serving recruits of the Navy and Marine Corps. This afforded her the opportunity to work for the Department of Health and Hospitals, OCDD as a Program Coordinator for disabled individuals underserved oral health. Bringing about various resource programs that she spearheaded. She was responsible for managing 280 clients. This is where her love for botanicals began. Educating clients' direct care staff provided additional avenues for botanical knowledge. The continued studies of a bachelors from the University of Mississippi in Communications and Chemistry afforded the opportunity as an educator in these related fields. Upon completion of a Master's degree in Nutrition, and Human Performance from Logan University along with continued studies in Alternative Modalities, Detoxification and "Natural Health," these afforded various research and case studies. This solidified her Ph.D., experience and expertise. Our company MeSozo Health & Wellness will address, educate, counsel clients in some new terms such as toxemia, lymphatic stagnation, regeneration, detoxification and "remove the cause."Our consultation will offer a " Specialized Analysis" which determines the health of the individual tissues. Our bodies are quite adept at repairing themselves. We use methods that aid that natural ability with modalities like nutrition, flower essence vibrational energy, proper food combinations , botanicals, Iridology and behavior modifications.
Nutrition
Nutrition is often talked about, but commonly underrated and misunderstood. We believe many illnesses are caused by the toxins in our foods. Avoiding manufactured ingredients and pesticides reduces the harmful substances entering our bodies. Replacing them with cleaner, more organically grown food and natural plant remedies aids the body in healing itself and preventing future illnesses or health concerns. Furthermore the body creates its own sense of terrain through what is called the "Great Lymphatic System" we find this extremely important. The human waste accumulates and is affected by the food combinations that are ingested and various enervating habits individuals partake.
